Lots of fun stuff... Mom came to visit. The pic here (pretty flowers!) was taken by her boyfriend, Dave, who couldn't join us this trip but was there in spirit. :) We took her all over the greater Portland area, including the falls, Powell's and Saturday Market. We had a little party to introduce her to our friends, including Paddy and Tom and Patrick (isn't he handsome?). She saw the kids. We made sushi at home. We watched some silly movies. A good time was had by all.
We've been spending a lot of time out at Paddy's farm, too. In fact, Magic loves me so much that her kids very generously gave her to me. I can't take custody until we get our house, but it still gives me a warm glow. :)
I'm a super-happy girl these days.
